Led healthcare technology teams supporting consumers, providers, employers and internal teams as well as generating multiple spin-offs while at Regence BlueCross BlueShield and Cambia Health Solutions including consumer price and transparency solutions spun out as HealthSparq and MedSavvy.

Developed leadership innovation training including design thinking, lean startup, and proprietary methods. Coached 136 executives through team-based innovation challenges, business designs, and final executive pitch sessions. Helped incubate top idea into new business.

Led co-innovation efforts while at Cambia forming partnerships with leading card processors in the design of a disruptive model for aggregated medical bill payments. Led Regence BCBS Medicare team through innovation and design efforts that assisted in achieving 4+ STARS and closed HCC gaps delivering $171M in combined revenue growth.

Led local pandemic response achieving over 90% countywide vaccination rate (top level in state). Partnered with state on innovative test-to-treat program as one of two organizations selected for pilot program. Efforts recognized by Oregon Governor Kate Brown, US Senator Jeff Merkley, and State Treasurer Tobias Read.
